The Caspian Journal of Mathematical Sciences (CJMS) is an international open-access journal (online) published two-quarterly by the University of Mazandaran Press. This journal has been ramified form a previously published journal under the name "Journal of Basic Sciences" in 2012 and was founded in 2012.

 The CJMS aims to publish research papers from all branches of pure and applied mathematical sciences preferably in the following domains: Mathematical Analysis,  Algebra, Differential geometry and Topology, Dynamical Systems, Applied Mathematics.

Every single step of publishing process (submission, editorial process, review process, publication and dissemination process) is done electronically and  free of charge in CJMS. This journal benefits the single-blind reviewing policy using at least 2 reviewers. CJMS follows the guidlines of Code of Conduct (http://publicationethics.org/resources/code-conduct) of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) (http://publicationethics.org/), and follows the COPE Flowcharts (http://publicationethics.org/resources/flowcharts) for Resolving Cases of Suspected Misconduct.
